Pavel has more than 10 years of experience in IPR protection. During 1998-2009 he worked in the National IPR Unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Mr. Mykolyuk is co-author of 176 (Copyrights violations), 177 (Invention rights violations), 203-1 (Illegal CDs turnover) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Pavel took part in a lot of international IPR trainings (Greece, Poland, other countries).
"Taking into account the fact that Ukraine is among 15 states with the highest piracy rate in the world (by IDC/BSA), my top priorities are: IPR awareness and copyright respect promotion, police education and legal IPR procedural practices development as well active copyright holders representations in Ukrainian courts", - stated Mr. Mykolyuk.
