The first criminal case was opened for dissemination of pirated navigation systems Nav N Go
Kyiv police opened a criminal case by article 176 of Ukrainian Criminal Code for dissemination by one of “Radiomarket” entrepreneurs’ navigation systems with preinstalled unlicensed Nav N Go software. During the raid there were seized 25 navigation systems, memory cards with pirated software as well as a personal computer with unlicensed Nav N Go for various models of navigators. Damage, caused to the copyright holder is 55 000 UAH.
