21.09.2011 Novomoskovsky district court in Dnepropetrovsk region announced a verdict for a criminal case, opened against director of a company “Ukrbudproject” by article 176 point 3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (copyrights violations).

It was identified during the court investigation that since 31.01.2099 to 19.01.2011 the director, being an official, used his position and illegally installed as well as used for commercial purposes pirated software of Graphisoft R&D.

By such actions he caused a damage to the copyright holder for 66 000 UAH.
